STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCILLOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY.NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the provisions ofSection 13(3) of the Education Act, 1944, that the County Councilof Staffordshire, being the Local Education Authority, propose toestablish a new County Secondary School for about 600 childrenmainly of the age of eleven to fifteen years at BARTON-UNDER-NEEDWOOD in the RURAL DISTRICT of TUTBURY. The School will beavailable for the following districts-BRANSTON, TATENHILL, YOXALL, BARTON-UNDER-NEEDWOOD, ALREWAS,EDINGALE AND WALTON-UPON-TRENT.The Managers or Governors of any Voluntary School affected bythe proposal, or any ten or more local government electors for thearea for which it is proposed to establish the School or any localeducation authority concerned, may submit objections to theproposal by a letter addressed to the Secretary, Ministry ofEducation, London, W.I, which should reach him within two monthsafter the date of the first publication of this notice.T.
